Description
Hi,
README mentions models/weights contain trained AbLEF models for hicrt and tagg, but I can’t find those files in the public repo or releases. Could you confirm whether the pretrained model checkpoints are publicly available and where to download them (or share usage instructions)?
I was wondering if i could use pretrained representations for this competition https://datapoints.ginkgo.bio/ai-competitions/2025-abdev-competition
as a part of a student project.
Thank you very much!!

Research direction
Start with the README's reference to models/weights, then inspect the public repository and releases for the hicrt and tagg checkpoints. Done means confirming whether pretrained weights are available and documenting where to download them or how to use them; if they are unavailable, clarify that in the README.
