Description
- new modifiers need some UI to explain / list them
- some other functions as easy as the existence of e.g.
/helpcommand should be better promoted- there are some randomized help-messages that load but not sure if people really notice them...
- ... so make them more noticable? - maybe a more prominent color. ATM it really seems like the only place new users do learn advanced chat usage from.
- investigate borrowing ideas for emote (autocomplete?) stuff from e.g. Discord

Research direction
Start by surveying the chat UI entry points for modifier explanations, the /help command, randomized help messages, and emote interactions. The issue names no files or tests and combines several exploratory ideas, so define a focused scope and observable UI acceptance criteria before implementation; done should be demonstrated in the chat interface.
