Need to figure out the details when/how we want to allow it; from https://github.com/MemeLabs/chat-gui/pull/15#issuecomment-424853788
Stacking probably only for :mirror.
Combos under consideration are merging e.g. :rustle into normal emotes, but not sure if we really want it yet.
