Description
In GitLab by @aaronsteers on Jan 22, 2021, 16:11

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing tap's extraction entry point and reviewing how it uses the current Singer implementation, then compare that flow with the Singer SDK framework; done should mean the tap is ported with its existing GitLab extraction behavior preserved.
