Description
When someone wants to add a connector to MeltanoLabs we have them open an issue, suggested here https://github.com/MeltanoLabs/Meta#adding-a-new-connector. We should create an issue template for that, mentioned in https://github.com/MeltanoLabs/Meta/pull/52#discussion_r1211903385.

Research direction
Start by reading the “Adding a new connector” guidance in the linked MeltanoLabs/Meta documentation and the discussion on pull request #52. Create an issue template that captures the information needed for a new connector request, and confirm that it guides contributors through the existing process.
