Description
As a moderator, I want to be able to send a warning to a user.
- this command should only be run from the mod channel.
- The command should meet the following requirements:
- DM the user
- link to the inappropriate message
- provide a warning message
- which should also include a link to the community code of conduct
Something like
!warn <user> <reason>
