Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
An experiments manager is desired to be added:
- one can use the Manager to have access to any existing experiment.
- the Manager can handle all weights (model zoo) / logs generated by the experiments.
- the Manager can handle automatically generate reports, analysis of the experiments.
