num_workers meaning? how to adjust it to load data faster?

Description

Now my dataloading seems take 2 days, and it still not finish.

Shall I adjust num_workers set up? Now my num_workers=4;

Shall I adjust it to 16? or lower it to 0, to make more CPU process my data loading.
