[Issue] Kansu is a Firey Death World before the point in timeline it turns into one

So, in the description provided for Kansu both in-MekHQ and on Sarna, its described as a perfectly lovely little ice ball prior to some point in the Jihad where the Blakists did some Nuclear Terraforming that set off horrific Methane Greenhouse Runaway effects. ATM, though, it retains the Planetary Conditions associated to its post-Jihad state even in 3054 and presumably prior to that point.

I'd suggest that it needs an audit on its pre-Jihad planetary conditions on two points:

1. Temperature obviously needs a change to something more arctic. Dunno what level it should be at, though. Would suggest something not too low given that the colonists are described as using what sounds like hand-loaded fireplaces.

2. While a Toxic High Pressure Atmosphere makes sense in a context where gigantic amounts of methane has been released, its probably worth checking if any sources describe Kansu's atmo prior to Nuclear Terraforming. I'd argue at least the High Pressure bit could be removed.

Start by comparing Kansu's current planetary conditions with the pre-Jihad descriptions in MekHQ and on Sarna. Audit the pre-Jihad temperature and atmosphere values, then update them when the documented state is clear and verify that the post-Jihad conditions remain represented for the later timeline.
