The standard.xml awards file has an entry for a Fourth Succession War Campaign award, with a medal file of FourthSuccessionWarM.png. That PNG is missing, both in the download and in the repository.
Edit: also missing House Superior Service - HouseSuperiorServiceM.png, and Humanitarian Service - HumanitarianServiceM.png
