Description
Feature Description
Centralize the definition for the timestamp column ("Timestamp (ms)" currently). This is used in the rust script as well as in the SmartAnalyzerSeries.java, and is pretty integral to how we read from parsed bins. It might be nice to group together the logic for parsed bins compared to regular excel files.

Research direction
Start by locating the timestamp-column definitions and usages in the Rust script and SmartAnalyzerSeries.java. Compare how parsed bins and regular Excel files identify the column; the work is done when the definition is centralized and both reading paths use it consistently.
