Describe the bug
Run after Finish is currently disabled because the backend doesn't start
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Enable "Run after Finish"
- Install Data Viewer
- Select "Run after Finish"
- Make a request to the backend
Expected behavior
Backend works same as if started otherwise
