Description
Uploading a file with the same name as a previously uploaded one causes an error in the backend. This results in the temporary file that is created on upload to also stick around, which causes reading errors and results in the entire backend crashing.
Currently not replicable for some reason. More investigation is needed

Research direction
Start by tracing the backend upload flow and how temporary files are created and cleaned up when a file with the same name is uploaded. Investigate why the failure cannot currently be reproduced, then verify that duplicate-name uploads no longer leave temporary files, cause reading errors, or crash the backend.
