Description
Currently we can only sync the chart to match the video timestamp. What we want is to be able to click a location on the chart and then have that change the seek of the video to match the timestamp

Research direction
Start by running the Better Data Viewer and tracing the existing synchronization between the chart and video timestamp. Identify the chart interaction and video-seeking entry points.
