Description
Previously had support for automatic upgrading of nodes marked as [Deprecated] when a graph is loaded, but it ended up executing far too quickly while working with a graph in the editor (since I used OnBeforeSerialize).
Come up with a better solution and reimplement. For now - the method lives in Graph.UpgradeDeprecatedNodes but isn't called anywhere.

Research direction
Start with Graph.UpgradeDeprecatedNodes and trace how graphs are loaded and how editor serialization currently invokes related behavior. Determine a lifecycle-safe place to run the upgrade without OnBeforeSerialize timing issues; done means deprecated nodes are automatically upgraded when a graph is loaded without executing prematurely in the editor.
