Description

since theres a cooldown on other people being able to take a username after someone changes maybe you could add a message to claimname if you can see from their recents tab that they've changed name very recently? wouldnt be perfect as that would go away before the username is claimable but its better than nothing

Research direction

Start by locating the claimname API entry point and the code that reads a user's recents tab. Review how username changes and the cooldown are represented. Done means the response can indicate a very recent name change when that evidence is available, while accounting for the cooldown caveat described in the issue.
