Description
Matt: create data set
Koos: create figures
Data set:
- fixed smoothing schedule
- use
sampleData/cortFluenceMapData.mat- all rows - sweep duration of trajectory from ~ 1-10 seconds
- report error in fluence delivered for each trajectory
Plots:
- make heat-map figures showing the results.
