Description
We've decided to drop the dose-rate optimization from the main paper, including the work on CMAES and much of the related figures. Some of this work should be included, or at least discussed in the appendix. Sub-tasks:
- remove CMAES stuff from the main paper, but replace with appropriate discussion of the sub-problem that we are solving: computing the leaf trajectories given dose rate
- create an appendix that briefly introduces CMAES and the dose-rate optimization problem
- decide what (if any) figures on the CMAES data should be included in the appendix
- decide how the content of the appendix can / should be related to other papers.
