Description
The different project (i.e. TARDIS, COBalD, and LAPIS) should act similar to each other and use equal vocabulary. So in the best case configurations should also be able to be reused.
So this project should also introduce a configuration file. Currently TARDIS and COBalD use different styles.
As the simulator is following the COBalD approach, LAPIS should also use a Python configuration. First values shall define required information for logging.

Research direction
No repository files or tests are named. Start by comparing the existing TARDIS and COBalD configuration styles and locating LAPIS’s simulator setup. Done means LAPIS has a Python configuration approach with reusable vocabulary and initial required logging values.
