Description
- [ ] Create a default classification message
- [ ] Each classification text box should include variables such as name, issue/pr, and classification type
- [ ] The community flag in the configuration form is sometimes a classification and sometimes not, which is very unclear. Make it a classification since it is a state of the account
- [ ] Add the auto-close list to also include the community flag
- [ ] Remember to fix all form field descriptions
- [ ] Have a look around and maybe clean up the UI

Research direction
Start by locating the configuration form, classification text boxes, and auto-close list named in the checklist. Trace how the community flag is represented and how classification messages are rendered, then review the form field descriptions. Done means the requested classification behavior, variables, auto-close handling, and UI cleanup are consistent.
