Description

I used AccA on my Android 7 & 8 Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 for years, but after upgrade to Android 9, AccA says 'ACC installation failed', but I don't know what logcat is, and there's no /data/adb/acc-data .

Research direction

Start by reproducing the ACC installation failure on Android 9 and learn how to capture the requested logcat output. Check whether /data/adb/acc-data is created during installation and compare the failure with the Android 7 and 8 behavior described in the report. Done means identifying the Android 9-specific failure and confirming a working installation.
