"Your instructor will be able to tell you which sources of data to use if the ones below are no longer reliable."

We should add some archived files so that they can be accessed as a backup, rather than placing the burden on the instructor. Maybe there is a report function too if there is a broken link?

Once the files are added, they should be linked to in either an Appendix or within the text here (though I worry that here, students might click that link instead of the legiscan link.
