Description
Just a thought going forward that we should mock-up some very minimal modifications to the reference server to test various things, e.g. the v1.2 grammar, hosting provider-specific fields with new types (like bools), and any new endpoints that might be added in the future (like /files), using wonky base URLs, etc.
These could also be used in the use-case documentation.
