Description
Text in NumericUpDown should be able to be formatted to represent currency for example or to format the number of decimal places in DecimalUpDown.
Ideally a StringFormat gets added as a dependency property to these controls to be able to format the number accordingly.

Start by locating the NumericUpDown and DecimalUpDown control definitions and reviewing how their displayed text is currently produced. Done means both controls expose a StringFormat dependency property that supports currency formatting and control over decimal places, with behavior verified against the existing control tests if available.
