timepicker with custom selection range

i would like to know if it is possible to modify the hours and minutes selection page on a timepicker.
For example I would like to be able to display and select only hours between 6am and 7pm. and for the minutes an interval of 10 minutes

Determine whether configurable hour bounds and minute intervals are supported, then define completion as allowing a picker to restrict hours to 6am–7pm and minutes to 10-minute increments, with coverage for those settings.
