Description
Version 4.0.0; MaterialDesignDemo.exe; net472.
PopupValidation over the Drawer Overlay.
PopupValidation has incorrect display (Position when form resizing or scrollviewer scrolling. And visibility).
Demonstration in the attached video.
(Version 3.2.0 has this problem too)
