Description

I think following some of the improvements in #1838 the DataGrid gridlines don't seem to play nicely when the DataGrid background is set to Transparent.

Example when the DataGrid background is set to Transparent:

Reproduce the DataGrid examples with a Transparent background and with an explicit brush, then compare the gridline rendering. Review the DataGrid styling changes associated with #1838 and identify where the two background cases diverge.
