Expand skills/ directory with additional specialized skills

Task Description

Expand the skills/ directory with additional specialized skills to enhance the KiloCode-Workflow system's capabilities.

Current State

The project currently has a skills/ directory structure. We need to add more specialized skills to handle different types of tasks and workflows.

Requirements

• Research existing KiloCode skills and best practices
• Identify gaps in current skill coverage
• Implement new skills following the existing pattern
• Add proper documentation for each new skill
• Ensure compatibility with the orchestrator workflow

Acceptance Criteria

• At least 3 new specialized skills added
• All skills properly documented

Start by reading AGENTS.md and the existing patterns under .kilocode/skills/. Compare the current skill coverage with KiloCode documentation to identify gaps before deciding which additions fit the orchestrator workflow. Done means at least three new skills are added, each documented, tested, integrated, and reflected in the project documentation.
