Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I want the bot to commit the changes made to the build folder when the sass-compile action is ran on merge to main. I would also like the .gitignore file to block contributors from committing generated css in the build folder, to avoid introducing bugs in that code.

Research direction

Locate the sass-compile action and the repository's .gitignore, then inspect how merges to main currently handle the build folder. Confirm the intended behavior for generated CSS, committing compiled changes, and preventing contributors from adding those files; done means the workflow and ignore rules work together without introducing generated-code conflicts.
