Description

In this situation:
```
Library Browser ${PLAYWRIGHT_TIMEOUT}
```
we need to define somewhere (`*** Variables ***` or from cli) variable PLAYWRIGHT_TIMEOUT. It would be also useful to have some kind of global flag that would make Sherlock try to override all unknown variables - in effort of trying to import resources.

Research direction

Start by tracing how Sherlock handles unknown variables while importing resources, focusing on values declared in `*** Variables ***` and variables supplied from the CLI. Determine where a global override option would fit and define completion around successfully importing resources containing `${PLAYWRIGHT_TIMEOUT}` without manually declaring it.
