Description
Currently we test against Camunda 7.X . Since Camunda 7 will be archived October 2025, users look for an alternative. Operaton is the most obvious choice as it is a drop-in replacement and fork of original Camunda 7.

Research direction
Locate the existing Camunda 7 integration-test setup and the list of supported workflow engines. Start by running the current integration tests and tracing how Camunda is configured, then add Operaton coverage and support-list entry. Done means both checklist items are complete and the integration suite passes.
