Schema should be loaded from the file and not embedded

Description
Currently we're embedding schemas in our endpoint definitions. It bloats Python files and make it harder to navigate through them. If several endpoints use the same schema, you need to modify it in multiple places.
We should use path to schema instead - we're already preserving schema json files.

Research direction
Start by locating the endpoint definitions and the existing schema JSON files, then trace how schemas are currently embedded and how a file path could be resolved. Done means endpoint definitions reference the preserved schema files and a shared schema can be changed in one place without duplicating it in Python files.
