Research direction

Start by reviewing the repository's existing Robot Framework connection and test setup to determine what a simulated 3270 server would need to support. Define the Dockerfile's intended server behavior and a reproducible automation scenario before implementation; done means the repository can exercise a 3270 connection against the container.
