Description
There is no option to exclude some namespaces where I don't want to run this analyzer on.
```c#
[assembly: NopenExclude("App.Migrations")]
```
This would be useful to have. And I don't think it would be hard to implement.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the Roslyn analyzer entry points and how assembly attributes are currently handled, then trace where namespace eligibility is decided. Done means an assembly-level NopenExclude option can prevent analysis for the specified namespace and coverage verifies the exclusion.
