Enatega Customer Application: Reviewing any past order , we have to tap submit button multiple times

Describe the bug
While reviewing any past order when we mark the stars then write any text in the field we have to click the submit button multiple times to submit the review for the order.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Enatega Customer Application.
Go to order history , now see past order.
Now click on tap to rate.
when we mark the stars then write any text in the field we have to click the submit button multiple times to submit the review for the order.
Expected behavior
The review must be submitted clicking the submit button once not multiples times.

Start by reproducing the issue in the Enatega Customer Application through order history, a past order, and the “tap to rate” flow. Inspect the review submission handling after selecting stars and entering text; done means the review submits successfully with one tap on the submit button.
