Research direction

Start in the Enatega Admin Dashboard at the Cuisines section and reproduce the issue using the Store and Grocery filters. Trace the dashboard's cuisines search-filter entry point and verify that each filter returns only the matching cuisines; done means the filters consistently produce correct results without unrelated entries.
