Description

Describe the bug
When clicking the "Add Zone" button on the Zone page in the admin panel, the map initially appears as a static image without any interactive functionality (e.g., zoom, drag, or draw tools). Only after refreshing the browser does the full interactive map with its features load properly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Log in to the admin panel

Navigate to the Zone page

Click on the "Add Zone" button

Observe that the map loads as a non-functional image

Refresh the browser

The map then reloads with full functionality

Expected behavior
The map should load in its fully interactive state immediately when the "Add Zone" modal/page is opened—without requiring a browser refresh.

Additional context
This issue can disrupt the workflow for users trying to define delivery or service zones and may be due to lazy-loading issues, uninitialized map scripts, or missing render triggers on modal/page open.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in the admin panel by opening the Zone page and clicking “Add Zone,” then inspect the map initialization path for that opening flow. Done means the map is interactive immediately, including zoom, drag, and draw tools, without a browser refresh.
