Describe the bug
When we open the app, after the splash screen, a screen appears before discovery page that states that maybe internet connection is unstable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the app
Observe that splash screen appears.
observe that after a splash screen and before discovery page, a screen appears that states that "Something went wrong"
Expected behavior
After the splash screen, direct discovery screen should appear and no other screen should appear in between.
