Description

Describe the bug
Users are experiencing inconsistent behavior when interacting with the chat popout widget in the Enatega Multivendor Customer App. Clicking on the chat popout widget sometimes results in a random redirection to the home page, and at other times, it redirects the user to the browser with a blank page. This behavior is erratic and not in line with the intended functionality of the chat feature.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the Enatega Multivendor Customer App.
Locate the chat popout widget, typically located in the chat section on the left side bar of the app.
Click on the chat popout widget.
Expected behavior
Clicking on the chat popout widget should consistently open the chat interface within the app, providing users with a seamless communication experience.

Research direction

Start by locating the chat popout widget in the chat section of the customer app's left sidebar and reproduce the behavior on both iOS and Android. Trace the navigation triggered by clicking it; done means the chat interface consistently opens within the app without redirecting to the home page, browser, or a blank page.
