Description

Describe the bug
After ending a chat session in the Enatega Multivendor Customer App, users are prompted to enter their email for transcript or confirmation. However, there is an issue where the email tab does not close automatically after the user successfully enters their email, leading to a user interface inconsistency.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the Enatega Multivendor Customer App.
Engage in a chat session and reach the point where the system prompts for an email for transcript or confirmation.
Enter a valid email address in the provided tab.
Submit the email.
Expected behavior
After successfully entering and submitting the email, the email tab should close automatically, providing a clear indication that the process has been completed.
