Cant find my restaurant as an existing vendors (multivendor admin app)

Describe the bug
As an existing user, I could not find my restaurant.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Email'
Click on 'Search' interface
Type my email id
See error "there is no records to display"
Additional context
To check if my profile exist, I went to "Add Vendor" interface and entered my email id. It showed "Email is already associated with another account" (Screenshot 2)

Expected behavior
My email id should be displayed in the list of Emails.

Reproduce the issue in the admin app by searching for an existing vendor email, then compare the Email search interface with the Add Vendor validation that reports the email is already associated. Trace the vendor listing and email-search flow to identify why an existing restaurant is omitted; done means the existing email appears in the list without breaking duplicate-email validation.
