Research direction
Start by reproducing the crash in the Enatega Multivendor Rider app: open the home screen and tap the "New Orders" tab on both iOS and Android. Trace the navigation from the home screen into the New Orders section and use the reported unexpected close as the failure condition. Done means the tab opens normally and displays orders for the rider.
