Describe the bug
The phone number field allowing to enter alphabets when new user logging-in and verifying his phone number.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Click on 'Continue with email'
After that a screen will open requiring your phone number SEE ERROR now select any country phone number field is allowing to enter alphabets
Expected behavior
The phone number field should be restricted to allow user to enter only digits not aplhabets
