Enatega Admin Dashboard : Navigate to specific field which field is creating an error to submit the form

Describe the bug
This bug occurs when a form submission fails due to an error in a specific field, but the system does not automatically navigate to or highlight the problematic field, making it difficult for the user to identify and correct the issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Now fill a form to add a staff etc. now skip a required field see error the field border gets red colored , but it doesn't navigate to that field.

Expected behavior
This bug occurs when a form submission fails due to an error in a specific field, but the system does not automatically navigate to or highlight the problematic field, making it difficult for the user to identify and correct the issue.

Start by reproducing the issue in the Enatega Admin Dashboard with a required field left blank during staff creation. Trace the form validation and submission flow to find where the first invalid field is identified.
