Enatega Customer App: (Fix on all SEE ALL pages) Categories horizontal scroll bar remains visible when scrolling restaurant list below it.

Describe the bug
When scrolling down the restaurant list, the horizontal scroll bar for the categories section remains visible instead of hiding. This causes a visual distraction and may interfere with the user experience on small screens.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
On discovery page, click See All button see error there.
Scroll horizontally within the categories section to browse different categories.
Scroll vertically down the restaurant list.
Observe that the horizontal scroll bar remains visible when it should hide.

Expected behavior
The horizontal scroll bar for categories should disappear when scrolling the restaurant list downward to ensure a cleaner UI.

Start in the Enatega Customer Application on the discovery page, using the See All pages and the categories section described in the reproduction steps. Reproduce the issue by scrolling the categories horizontally, then scrolling the restaurant list vertically. Done means the categories horizontal scrollbar is no longer visible while scrolling the restaurant list downward on small screens.
