Description
This will allow users to easily fire custom actions based on a kiwf error.
I was thinking something like:
`process.emit('kiwfException', ex);`

Research direction
Start by locating kiwf's error-handling path and the point where the process is terminated. Review how Node.js process events are currently used, then clarify the event name, payload, override behavior, and expected fallback. Done means custom listeners can react to kiwf errors without breaking the existing kill-switch behavior.
