Description
It would be great if there would be a validation that no mapper configuration is duplicated.
`TypeAdapterConfig.GlobalSettings.AllowDuplicatedMapperConfiguration`
If the property is set to false an some mapper configuration exists multiple times an exception should be raised when the mapper configuration get's compiled.
