Description
Intuitively, I expect this to pop up with details of the subject I clicked on.
Example: I clicked on capitol square but was trying to click on the capitol building. It immediately advanced to capitol square page. I had to go back and try again.
A pop-up with the option to proceed to that subject’s page would be preferred interaction on mobile.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the polygon interaction on the mobile Subject page and trace the existing click handling for map polygons. Done means a tap reveals the selected subject details with an explicit option to proceed, rather than navigating immediately, and the behavior remains usable on mobile.
