Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Storing and deploying applications with certificates (CA & domain certificates) has always been an issue for the project.
Config management as a tool for handling common configurations could supply a solution.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Actions are taken in both config management and in our boilerplate. Config management should have the correct schemas for certificates, and boilerplate should be able to dynamically create the certificates and edit the `NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS` environment variable **before** starting the server. We should make tests and see if that solution is actually doable.

Research direction

Start by inspecting the configuration schemas and the boilerplate server startup path, since the issue names both areas but no files or entry points. Determine how CA and domain certificates would be represented and how NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS must be set before startup; done means the schemas, dynamic certificate handling, and tests cover that flow.
