Description
it needed because for of reasons:
1. presenting the schemas table
2. when creating new config i would like to create select component with all available schema id's instead of manually enter it.

Research direction
Start at the existing /schema API entry point and trace how schemas are currently represented and returned. Add an endpoint response containing the available schemas as an array, including the schema IDs needed for the table and select component, then run the existing API tests if available to verify the response.
